About Me.
I started working in care in 1993 as a volunteer for Mencap Homes Foundation. I then progressed to a full time care worker role before moving into deputy management with Mencap.
​
I left Mencap in 2000 to become the registered manager of a home for the RNID. In 2003, I joined the Fire Fighters Charity and managed a recuperation centre for serving and retired fire fighters.
I then joined a Specialist Trust as the Director of Care before starting my own consultancy to support care colleagues
